Quality inspection and capture of Data Matrix and QR codes
An ID-600 captures direct-marked Data Matrix and QR codes simultaneously. For precise tracking in the material feed, the codes are linked directly in the code reader via the Logic tool. This allows a faulty batch to be quickly identified in the case of NOK components. For quality assurance, the images are also transferred via an FTP server.
